To come to see us at Sauris, you have to tackle 12 km of bends and go through a few tunnels but the landscape you will find on your arrival will be ample reward for this little sacrifice, starting with the spectacular view of the lake that welcomes you even before you reach the village.

To get here, take the road that runs from Tolmezzo to Villa Santina and then towards Ampezzo. After the built-up area of Ampezzo, you will see the sign for Sauris on the right and that's where the curves start that lead through the Val Lumiei to Sauris.In summer, when the SELLA DI RAZZO (1,730 metres above sea level) is open, you can also get here from Forcella Lavardet and Cadore, but only in summer. The road is closed to traffic on the first snows.
