The kitchen is run by our cook, Alessia Burzotta, who skilfully blends traditional dishes with innovative ideas, often changing the restaurant menu and ensuring the dishes are made even more appetizing through the presentation.
Depending on the season, you can enjoy starters with wild herbs or tasty side dishes with fresh mushrooms. Most of the starters and all the desserts are homemade.
Of course, there are plenty of opportunities to sample the local produce, such as the renowned HAM and SAURIS BEER.
We are available for BUFFETS, LUNCHES FOR GROUPS, CAKES... your contact person for any Hotel requirements is our Susanna Cozzi, who will be glad to give you a prompt answer and welcome you on your arrival, looking after you during your stay whether it be for a lunch or a room at the hotel.
If you want a fine wine to accompany your meal, ask for the recommendations of our Petris Loris, who will serve you in the Dining Room, guiding your choice of the most suitable wine from our Wine List.
In summer, you can eat in the open air on our terraces, sheltered by the gazebos, the perfect spot to enjoy the wonderful landscape of our mountains to the full. When the cold of winter arrives, you can sip a hot chocolate in the warmth of our typical stoves and gaze at the snowy landscape through the large windows in the bar and the dining room.
